King's Community Centre

Our Community is better, together.

King’s Community Centre is open to every person in our local community. No matter your background, history and situation, this is a place of service, support and welcoming.

King’s Community Centre’s facilities are available to our community for events, lease, use and the like. Take advantage of the new multi-purpose spaces, meeting rooms, catering facilities through the co-located milk + honey cafe, and the 498-seat, state-of-the-art auditorium.

Weekly Programs

We pride ourselves in being home to a range of community services. From playgroup, personal and skills development, walking groups, craft groups, flower workshops, community connections and crisis relief, this is a place for everyone in our community.

Playgroup is a creative and gentle environment created for you and your special little people, aged 0 to 5 years old. It is a time where parents, carers, babies and young children come together in a relaxed environment to socialise and engage in stimulating play.

Triple T is a friendly and inclusive craft group that has been running for over 30 years! It's open to anyone who wants to come along, make new friends and enjoy being creative together. You can learn new skills from our teachers, start a new project or bring along an existing one.

Come to the Table is a community meal (free, or coin donation for those who can) for anyone who would like to come!

Acknowledgement of Country

We acknowledge that everything in heaven and earth belongs to God.

We acknowledge the Kaurna people and the Peramangk people as the traditional custodians of the lands on which our schools are located.

We pay our respects to all elders, past, present and those to come, and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures.

We commit ourselves to pray and work for justice and reconciliation with the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples of Australia.
