About SACSA Sport
King’s competes in the South Australian Christian Schools Association (SACSA) competition, along with 23 other member schools. SACSA often compliments the teaching provided during PE lessons and provides students with an opportunity to compete at a higher level. SACSA not only provides students an outlet to showcase their skills for King’s but also develop further through the National Christian Schools Games, held bi-annually.
The PE Faculty administer trials approximately four weeks prior to carnival date. Information flyers advertising dates will be put up in gym foyer and near pastoral classrooms. Any interested students are required to sign-up via a link that is messaged to them from SEQTA (Year 3-Year 4 students sign-up via their PE teacher). A minimum of two trials will be held prior to selecting teams and trainings will be scheduled weekly until the competition dates. If your child is interested in trialing for a sport, but is absent due to a family holiday or illness, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The trial and training sessions below are held during lunch time (unless otherwise specified).
