Please fill out the final page and return to OSHC by Monday 2nd of April to ensure you have a place.

Families that are not up to date with their payments will not be accepted for Vacation Care.

NOTE: HATS ARE AGAIN MANDATORY DURING THE SCHOOL HOLIDAYS!!!
